Every state road transport public bus , every public train , every school should be aimed to be made compulsorily Air conditioned. Such steps will actually make us perform better and achieve high rank for most valued economy status , instead they use easy shortcut to enrich few bulky businessmen for garnering some overall 3rd 4th rank on GDP which is actually inconsequential to most of those who suffer on roads during summer heat and perform inefficiently
